The retailer, by facilitating the transportation of the alcoholic beverages, is providing a service on behalf of the buyer. By utilizing this service, the buyer confirms that they are complying with the local and state laws governing the acquisition, transportation, and delivery of alcoholic beverages. The buyer asserts that they have acquired any necessary permissions, fulfilled all required fees, engaged with appropriately licensed intermediaries when applicable, possess the legal right to take possession of alcoholic beverages, and are of the legal drinking age of 21 years old.
